From Exploitation to Evolution
Stop Being Political Prey. Start Being a Political Predator.
Welcome to the 12-week virtual program that transforms political rage into strategic power. We're not here to play nice with a system designed to extract your passion like fossil fuels. We're here to evolve past it entirely.
Currently burning out on a campaign that treats you like disposable batteries? There's a better way.
Apply for the Fall 2025 CohortYour Political Evolution Starts Here
Think of our political system like a badly designed video game where the NPCs have all the power and the actual players are stuck grinding for XP that never converts to real change. The house always wins because the house wrote the rules. Until now.
This isn't another "how to win elections" workshop taught by people who've never questioned why we're playing this rigged game in the first place. This is evolutionary biology meets political strategy—Darwin meets Machiavelli at a dive bar and they decide to flip the table.

Why This Program Exists
Let's be brutally honest: The current political system isn't broken—it's working exactly as designed. It's a resource extraction operation that mines human hope like Bitcoin, leaving organizers exhausted and communities powerless while consultants cash checks.
This program emerged from a simple observation: The most effective political operators aren't the ones shouting the loudest or working the hardest. They're the ones who understand the ecosystem well enough to hack it. Think of it as political biomimicry—learning from the organisms that have already evolved past predation.
We're not here to teach you how to be a better cog in the machine. We're here to show you how to build entirely new machines. Or better yet, organic systems that don't need machines at all.
Your Political Evolution Starter Pack
Think of this program as CrossFit for democracy—except instead of flipping tires, you're flipping power structures. Here's what you get when you join our political petri dish:
The Hive Mind Effect
12 weeks of intensive virtual sessions where we dissect the political genome like it's a particularly fascinating episode of Westworld. Each session builds on the last, creating compound knowledge interest that would make Warren Buffett jealous.
The Anti-Isolation Protocol
Your personal political pod of 25 fellow travelers—think Ocean's Eleven meets The Breakfast Club, but for dismantling extractive systems. Political organizing in isolation is like trying to play Among Us solo. Spoiler: it doesn't work.
The Toolkit That Actually Works
A comprehensive library of battle-tested resources that's basically the political equivalent of Tony Stark's workshop. No more cobbling together strategies from Twitter threads and hope.
Pre-Game Power-Up
The "Flight Manual"—your pre-program care package that ensures you don't show up to Week 1 like someone who just discovered fire while everyone else is building rockets. Consider it your political primer, minus the condescension.
Your Political Laboratory
Design and launch your own Political Micro-Experiment—because theory without practice is just expensive talk. This is where you test your political hypotheses in the real world, like a scientific method for democracy.
The Network Effect (But Make It Political)
Lifetime alumni access because political evolution doesn't stop at Week 12. It's like LinkedIn, if LinkedIn actually helped you dismantle oppressive power structures instead of just endorsing you for "Microsoft Office."
Remember: In the political ecosystem, it's not the strongest or the loudest who survive—it's the most strategically connected. Welcome to your evolutionary advantage.
The 12-Week Metamorphosis
Each phase of this journey is designed to systematically deprogram you from extraction-based politics and rebuild your understanding from the cellular level up. Think of it as a political detox followed by strategic steroids.
PHASE 1: RECOGNITION (Weeks 1-3)
"Red Pill Time: Seeing the Extraction Matrix"
Week 1
The Great Political Unplugging
We start by torching everything you think you know about politics. Map your position in the extraction ecosystem and discover why your well-meaning efforts keep feeding the beast you're trying to slay. Spoiler: The call is coming from inside the house.
Week 2
Follow the Money (With Forensic Accounting)
Deep dive into FEC data like we're auditing the Matrix itself. Learn to read political finance reports like tea leaves that actually predict the future. By the end, you'll spot dark money patterns faster than a Bloomberg terminal.
Week 3
The Geography of Abandonment
Decode why your community became a "sacrifice zone" in the grand political chess game. We'll map the extraction patterns that turned your hometown into a resource colony for coastal consultants. (Hint: It's not an accident.)
PHASE 2: UNDERSTANDING (Weeks 4-6)
"The Operating System: How Power Actually Compiles"
Week 4
Neoliberalism: The Invisible OS Running Everything
Finally understand why everything feels like a LinkedIn post written by a venture capitalist. We'll decode the economic theology that turned citizens into customers and democracy into a market failure. Plus: abundance-based alternatives that don't suck.
Week 5
Power Mapping Like a CIA Analyst
Move beyond the obvious puppets to identify the actual puppet masters. Build multidimensional power maps that would make string theory physicists jealous. Bonus: Clarify your own theory of change (beyond "hope something works").
Week 6
Tech Stack for the Revolution
Discover the actual tools that work, not the ones sold by "political tech" grifters. From data management to distributed organizing, we'll build your technical arsenal. Warning: May cause allergic reactions to NGP VAN.
PHASE 3: CONNECTION (Weeks 7-8)
"Pack Formation: Building Your Political Wolf Pack"
Week 7
Strange Bedfellows & Strategic Alliances
Learn to build coalitions that would make The Avengers look homogeneous. Master the art of finding common ground with people you'd normally block on Twitter. Sometimes your best ally is the enemy of your enemy's enemy. (Yes, the math checks out.)
Week 8
Sustainable Organizing (Not an Oxymoron)
Build movements that don't cannibalize their own organizers. Learn anti-extraction practices that create energy instead of depleting it. Think permaculture principles applied to political organizing. Your burnout is not a badge of honor.
PHASE 4: EXPERIMENTATION (Weeks 9-10)
"Beta Testing Democracy: Your Political Petri Dish"
Week 9
Designing Your Political Micro-Experiment
Time to get your hands dirty. Design a small-scale intervention that tests your new understanding. Think "minimum viable campaign" meets "chaos theory." We'll help you craft something that's ambitious enough to matter but small enough to actually work.
Week 10
Deployment & Debugging
Launch your experiment into the wild and learn to troubleshoot in real-time. This is where theory meets the beautiful messiness of actual humans. Expect plot twists. Embrace the chaos. Document everything.
PHASE 5: BUILDING (Weeks 11-12)
"Emergence: From Experiments to Ecosystems"
Week 11
Autopsy of an Experiment
Conduct a forensic analysis of what worked, what exploded, and what surprised you. Learn the art of failing forward fast. This is where we separate correlation from causation and hope from strategy.
Week 12
From Prototype to Ecosystem
Present your findings to the hive mind and collectively chart next steps. This isn't a graduation—it's a beginning. Leave with concrete plans to scale what works and a network that actually has your back.
Meet Your Guide Through the Political Wilderness

Carrie Clendening
Part political strategist, part systems theorist, full-time troublemaker. Carrie spent years as a "nonpartisan observer" (translation: professional political voyeur) before evolving into what she calls a "political education dealer"—someone who distributes the good stuff the establishment doesn't want you to have.
After watching too many brilliant organizers get chewed up and spit out by an ecosystem that runs on their exhaustion, she decided to stop playing by the rules of a rigged game. The Political Evolution Project is her answer to the question: "What if we taught people how power actually works instead of how we wish it worked?"
Based in West Virginia (yes, that West Virginia—where political extraction is both metaphorical and literal), she's learned from coal miners and consultants alike that the real divide isn't left versus right—it's extractors versus everyone else. Her superpower? Translating political dark arts into language that doesn't require a PhD in cynicism to understand.
Ready to Evolve?
Join the Fall 2025 Cohort of Political Evolutionaries
When: September 7 - November 23, 2025
Format: Weekly 90-minute virtual sessions (because we respect your time) + self-directed experiments
Investment: FREE for this pilot cohort (because knowledge hoarding is so extractive economy)
Commitment: Your full presence and willingness to experiment
A note on our application: We're not looking for the "right" answers or the perfect resume. We're looking for people ready to question everything and build something better. Our application asks about your experiences with political frustration (we all have them), what systems you want to hack, and what kind of political future you're trying to build. No performative wokeness required—just honest assessment of where you are and where you want to go.
Applications close August 15, 2025. Cohort limited to 25 evolutionaries.
Average completion time: 5-10 minutes of radical honesty
How We Define Success
(Spoiler: It's Not About Electoral Wins)
Individual Evolution
You'll leave knowing how to read power like source code, build without burning out, and run experiments that actually teach you something. Success = becoming politically dangerous in the best way.
Collective Intelligence
85%+ cohort retention (because FOMO is real when the content is this good), active resource sharing, and the formation of a mutual aid network that actually aids mutually.
Systemic Impact
A replicable model for political education that doesn't suck, documented proof that alternative approaches work, and a growing network of people building power outside traditional channels.
